Interesting Video of Tesla Car Manufacturing at Berlin’s New Factory After Opening

  • In march, Tesla opened its fourth giant factory in berlin, the German capital.
  • Gigafactory 4 is Tesla's first plant in the European market, the second largest after the United States.
  • The company posted a video of a drone and film technologies to review work at its new plant.

After years of working on the construction and finally operation of its Berlin plant, electric car company Tesla began operating its first European plants in march. Europe is one of the most important markets for the fast-growing U.S. company and it made sense to start with its manufacturing efforts there. With the start of operation, Tesla quickly took advantage of the opportunity to review the way its new cars are manufactured.

In a new video posted by Tesla on its official YouTube channel, the company used aerial photography via a marching plane to review the manufacture of its cars. The video shows how Tesla Model Y cars are manufactured from molten aluminum molds to the final assembly of the 4x4.

The video includes several stages of car construction with many robots and automatic arms that run the factory as well as an army of human workers to assemble each car. Thanks to directing techniques, speeding up and slowing down photography and plane movement, the video seems more like a scene from an epic film than just a promotional video.
